LinkGather - WordPress Links Exporter



This plugin shows you how to export the links for all your blogs articles in Excel style.

Get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Now you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

How To


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

Clicking on the Home link, this will go to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to move you to the page that will reveal all of your blog websites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the read more title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you get more info have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Excel style.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for click here Page Links, however instead of bringing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
